When adding a resource to your RB database or at any time later, you can add to or edit the resource’s information.
Access a resource to update in one of the following ways:
Click next to any field labeled:
Marketing Inquiry (RB9 only)
Click the hyperlinked resource name.
To enter basic resource information, including contact information and important warnings, see Entering general resource information.
To enter user credentials for online and digital signatures, plus miscellaneous information, see Entering additional resource information.
To enter details about how resource is paid, see Entering pay information.
To set the resource’s default weekly availability, see Setting work schedules.
Enter resource’s email addresses and designate them to receive specific types of emails, such as job or payroll emails. See Managing notification emails.
Select tags to mark the resource as part of specific groups. See Organizing with tags.
Note any specialized knowledge or expertise the resource has. See Entering specialties.
Include any certifications the resource has. See Entering certifications.
Keep files related to the resource in your RB9 database. See Uploading files to a repository.
Keep a set of notes about this resource for internal purposes. See Making notes, Managing notes logs, and Canceling notes.
You can delete it, or merge it into another resource, saving its historical data. See Removing entities.
