Find resources directly in your RB9 database using various search criteria. Before entering a resource into the database, check to see if it is already there. See if there are duplicate entries with slightly different names that you can merge together. View financial and task trends of an individual resource.
Default is ALL. Click to select one or more categories of resources in the Lookup Resource Type popup. Resource types are set up in Lists > Resources.
Default is ALL. Click to restrict search to resources with specific skills/expertise in the Lookup Specialty popup. Specialties are set up in Lists > Resources.
Default is ALL. Click to restrict search to resources based on order of preference or availability in the Lookup Priority Level popup. Priority levels are set up in Lists > Resources.
Default is ALL. Click to restrict search to resources at particular pay levels in the Lookup Pay Rate Group popup. Pay rate groups are set up in Lists > Resources.
Enter text or click to select an existing tag to restrict search to resources tagged with a specific term. Tags are set up in Lists > Resources.
Default is Yes. Leave as the default if you only want to see resources that you have designated as Active (see Entering general resource information). If you want to see all resources, click to select No.
Enter part of the resource’s email address.
Enter the entire resource number assigned by RB9 to a resource.
Enter the resource’s 10-digit phone number.
The Resources’ results grid layout is customizable. You can hide or show any column, rearrange the column order, stretch or shrink column widths, designate which column to sort results by in ascending or descending order, and choose which columns you want to always be visible when scrolling through the results. You can save your custom grid layout or return to the default layout. See Customizing grids.
