Resources provide services or support. They can be individuals, such as reporters, videographers, interpreters, and scopists. Or they can be affiliate reporting agencies or your conference rooms.

Categories of notes to use as a filter when searching Resource Notes Logs.
Categories of time periods your company uses to pay resources, e.g., Monthly, Weekly, On Demand. You can pay each pay group separately using a different pay date and cutoff date (see Pay Dates). Pay Groups are unrelated to Pay Rate Groups, which classify resources according to their pay tier.
Designation specifying order of preference or availability, e.g., Staff or Overflow.
Designation specifying profession, e.g., Reporter, Scopist or Videographer; or other resource, e.g., Conference Room.
Terms of address used in letters or messages for resources, e.g., Mr. or Ms.
Designation specifying distinguishing trait or unique skill, e.g., RealTime or Spanish, so you can match resources’ skills to job requirements when scheduling resources.

Categories to organize resources. You can use any words or phrases as a tag, e.g., Top 10.
Reasons for blocking out a time period for a resource in Resource Availability, such as Holiday, Vacation, Personal Time, or Workload. During these scheduled times off, their names do not appear in the list of available resources when assigning jobs. See Resource Availability.
