Order of preference or availability. Priority levels, including the default, are defined in Lists > Resources.
Categories of time periods your company uses to pay resources, e.g., Monthly, Weekly, On Demand. Pay groups are set up in Lists > Resources.
Number of days from the date of the invoice before this resource is paid on originals. Defaults are set in System Preferences > Entities > Resources.

For a resource with their own clients (Client Of), enter a percentage for extra commission pay. For example, you might pay an extra 5% in addition to the regular pay when the resource’s client initiates a job and the resource covers the job — or the resource covers a job that is part of a case for which they are the designated Client Of resource (see Entering general case information).
For a sales rep (account executive), enter a percentage for sales commissions.

If you are adding or subtracting a set amount on the resource’s paychecks for a specific amount of time (for example, the resource is paying back an advance in installments), enter the regularly occuring amount. Enter paycheck deductions as negative numbers.
If an amount is entered in Recurring Amount, enter start (Recurring From) and end dates (Recurring To) in the fields or click to select dates in Date Navigator, for when the amount will be deducted from the resource’s paycheck.
