Original Term
Number of days from the invoice date before resources are paid on originals:
- “9999” if you pay only after the client has paid.
- “0” if you guarantee the original and use a cutoff date to specify the waiting period between when you are paid for an invoice and the resource is paid.
Copy Term
Number of days from the invoice date before resources are paid on copies:- “9999” if you pay only after the client has paid.
- “0” if you guarantee the copies and use a cutoff date to specify the waiting period.
Full Name
- Click
and select the name data field (first name, middle name, last name, or salutation) you want to automatically appear in the first position in resources’ Full Name fields.
- Repeat step 1 to add other name data fields in the order you want them to appear in resources’ Full Name fields. RB9 automatically adds a space between the name data fields.
- You can also click your cursor in the text field between name data fields where you want to insert another name data field, then click
and select the data field.
