Yes is selected by default. When the firm is no longer scheduling jobs with you and you do not need to contact them anymore, click to select No.
If you select No, a popup appears when you click Save asking if you would like to make all of the firm’s contacts inactive too. Click Yes and the firm’s contacts will switch to inactive mode at once.

If the firm wants invoices and statements sent to a different address, click to select Yes and enter the details below.
