Specify what type of firm an entity is for marketing and billing purposes.
Quality designation or ranking of a law firm. Classes are set up in Lists > Firms.
Firm’s credit rating. Contacts at a firm can have different credit ratings than their firms. (See Entering contact marketing information.) Rating types are set up in Lists > Firms.
How the client heard of you. Sources are set up in Lists > Firms.
Date the firm became your client
Click to select Yes if client does not want to receive marketing or promotional matter from your company.
If this client belongs to a specific resource, click to find and select that resource. See Looking up resources.
If this client belongs to a specific sales representative/account executive, click to find and select that resource. See Looking up resources.
Select a set of rate tables to use for this client in the drop-down. Firms must be connected to a Billing Rate Group. Billing Rate Groups are created in Lists > Accounting.
When Firm Type and Class are not enough to classify firms, use this field to categorize them further by entering your own codes.
Any information about the client that would be helpful to your marketing team.
