Looking up resources

Find resources in your RB database by name or number.

1. To find a resource in RB, click a Resource field’s (or > Lookup Resource).
2. In the Lookup Resource popup, select a filter in Search By:

• Full Name

  Default. Enter part of the resource’s name in Search Criteria.

• First Name

  If using the default returns too many results, select First Name and enter part of the resource’s given name (if a person) or part of the company name (if a business or other entity) in Search Criteria.

• Last Name

  If using the default returns too many results, select Last Name and enter part of the resource’s surname in Search Criteria.

• Resource No.

  If selected, enter the entire resource number in Search Criteria.
3. Click . All resources that fit the search criteria appear in the results pane.
4. Click the resource’s hyperlinked full name in the results pane to select that person/business. If the resource is not in your database, you can add them by clicking New (see Adding resources to RB).
