Credit rating of the contact. Contacts and firms have separate Rating fields, so contacts at a firm can have different ratings than other contacts at the firm and from the firm itself. Contact credit rating types are set up in Lists > Contacts.
Date the contact became your client.
Click to select Yes if client does not want to receive marketing or promotional matter from your company.
Set of rate tables to use for this contact. Contacts can be billed using a different set of rate tables than their firm. Contacts must be connected to a Billing Rate Group. Billing Rate Groups are created in Lists > Accounting.
If you prefer to use contacts’ home addresses for sending cards and gifts (see Celebrating client anniversaries), enter the street address only. City, state, zip code and country have their own fields/drop-downs.
Do not enter the contact’s city, state or country. Instead, enter the contact’s postal code (zip code) in Zip, then click . RB will automatically populate the other address fields.
Default is the firm’s Client Of resource. If this contact belongs to a different resource, see Looking up resources.
Default is the sales representative/account executive assigned to the firm. If this contact belongs to a specific sales rep, see Looking up resources.
When Contact Type and Class are not enough to classify contacts, use this field to categorize them further by entering your own codes.
