Looking up contacts

Find contacts in your RB database by their name or the company they work for.

1. To find a contact in RB, click next to a Contact field.
2. In the Lookup Contact popup, select a filter in Search By:

• Contact Full Name

  Default. Enter part of the contact’s name in Search Criteria.

• Firm Name or a/k/a

  Enter part of the firm’s name in Search Criteria.

• Contact First Name

  If using the Full Name filter returns too many results, select First Name and enter part of the contact’s given name (if a person) in Search Criteria.

• Contact Last Name

  If using the Full Name filter returns too many results, select Last Name and enter part of the contact’s surname in Search Criteria.

• Contact No.

  If selected, enter the entire contact number of a contact at the firm in Search Criteria.
3. Click . All contacts that fit the search criteria appear in the results pane.
4. Click the hyperlinked Contact in the results pane to select that person.
