Both (contact and resource) –
- General: System-wide defaults for RB Connect.
- Login: Sign-in preferences for RB Connect.
- Forgot Password Email: Email instructions for contacts and resources to reset their forgotten passwords.
- Branding: Customize the look and feel of RB Connect.

- Announcements: Enter and format text for the contact-side RB Connect home page.
- Accessibility: Designate which areas of RB Connect contacts can access.
- Calendar: Preferences for job ordering, job canceling, and job request updating.
- Order Transcript: Preferences for contacts ordering transcripts.
- Account Activity: Preferences for online invoice access and payment.
- Transcript Packages: Customize Transcript Packages and email notifications.
- Repository: Set preferences for contacts’ repository access and notifications.
- Reward Points: Designate who is notified when contacts request point redemptions.
- Support Tickets: Set preferences for contact support ticket notifications.

- Announcements: Enter and format text for the resources-side RB Connect home page.
- Accessibility: Designate which areas of RB Connect resources can access.
- Firms: Show or hide firms’ COD status in Firms section of RB Connect.
- Jobs: Preferences for worksheet forms, global options for accessible job information, and who to notify of Client Of assignment requests.
- Master Word List: Select the default PDF Transcript preferences profile for compiled word lists.
- Turn In: Preferences for resources turning in jobs online.
- Repository: Designate who is notified when resources upload files to repository.
- Availability: Preferences for resources’ time-off requests.
