Click to select which form is used for assignment notifications that are exportable/printable from the Jobs calendar. In the Printable Assignment Notification panel, select a Form Group in the drop-down, then click the hyperlinked Form name in the list.
Click to select Yes so resources do not see tasks in their RB Connect before they have received notification that they have been assigned to those tasks.
Click to select Yes so resources can see who was assigned to other jobs related to a case, when they access a job through their job calendar.
Click to select Yes so resources can download additional files related to a case, when they access a job through their job calendar or the repository.
Click to select Yes so resources can update a task’s status from RB Connect.
Resources can only see Client Of contacts, not firms, in their RB Connect calendar for requesting assignments.
If all of a firm’s contacts belong to one resource, designate the resource as the firm’s Client Of resource first (see Entering firm marketing information), then create contacts for the firm, who will automatically inherit the firm’s Client Of resource. If contacts were entered prior to designating a resource as Client Of on the firm level, enter the resource in each contact’s Marketing pane (see Entering contact marketing information), or use Bulk Update to add the resource to multiple contacts at once ( see Updating multiple contacts at once).
