Select which RB9 users get automatic notices via Notifications and Messages when a request is made through RB Connect.
Continued from Contact – Calendar preferences, Contact – Order Transcript preferences, Contact – Account Activity preferences, Contact – Reward Points preferences, Contact – Support Tickets preferences, Resource – Jobs preferences, Resource – Turn In preferences, Resource – Repository preferences, or Resource – Support Tickets preferences.
In Resource – Turn In, you can designate which users will be notified per task type. In the Add Users by Task panel, select a task type in the Task dropdown, then check the box(es) of the user(s) who will receive notifications when that type of task is turned in. If Task is not specified, then the selected users will receive notifications when any type of task is turned in via RB Connect.
Check their box(es) in the Users to notify pane, then click . Click Yes in the popup.
