Designate which areas of RB Connect resources can access.

Default is to let resources access all areas of RB Connect. To choose which RB Connect resources can use online, check Access of functions they can use and uncheck functions you want to hide from resources.
If the function is checked, resources can:
View their job calendar, accept jobs, view job details, and download files.
View their outstanding jobs and begin turn-in process.
Submit finished jobs to your office online with witness information, parties and services ordered, transcript and exhibit files
See which invoices are included in their next pay check or outstanding.
View and print current and past payroll reports.
Download files.
Compile a Master Word List for any or all ASCIIs belonging to the same case.
View assigned job times, open time slots and time off. Make online requests for time off andmonitor the status of requests.
Look up information about firms in your database, such as basic contact information, driving directions to the firm, contacts at a firm and their email addresses.
Ask questions and get answers from your staff with a paper trail.
