Designate which areas of RB Connect contacts can access.
Continued from Customizing global preferences.
Default is to let contacts access all areas of RB Connect. To choose which RB Connect clients can use online, check Access of functions they can use and uncheck functions you want to hide from contacts.
If the function is checked, contacts can:
Order, cancel or update jobs, request confirmations, view calendar, and upload files.
Order copies of transcripts on previously billed jobs.
View their invoices and pay history, plus pay invoices online.
View and work with bundled transcripts.
Download files.
Ask questions and get answers from your staff with a paper trail.
