Users setup workflow

To access RB9, you need a User Account. In addition to program access, your user account authorizes what actions you can perform in RB9, by following this workflow:

User Account

To access RB9, you need a User Account. In addition to program access, your user account authorizes what actions you can perform in RB9. The permissions for these actions come from which Security Group(s) you belong to. (in Setup menu)

Users and Groups

Administrators set up user accounts for everyone who needs to access RB9, then assign users to security groups that give them permissions to only the actions they need to perform. Individual users can be members of multiple security groups, so if someone's responsibilities overlap different areas, such as someone who oversees both calendaring and billing, administrators can give that person access to both areas through membership in both groups.

Message Groups

Administrators also assign users to Message Groups, so you can send a message to all the members of a group simultaneously.

Passwords

If a user forgets their password, administrators do not have a way to retrieve the password, but can reset the user's password for them.
