We do not require any personal information from you in order for you to access any areas of this website. Other than using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for viewing website traffic and checking that you have accepted our privacy policy, both of which do not provide us with any personally identifiable information, we do not track your activity on omti.com with cookies or other tracking technology.
When contacting us
In order to provide information and services you request, we ask you for certain kinds of personal information. When you submit our contact forms, subscribe to OMTI (RB or MR) products, purchase OMTI services, sign up for email communications, register to attend our conferences or other events, or otherwise contact us, you provide us with certain personally identifiable information, such as your name, company, and e-mail address.

When you submit our contact forms for general or product information, we use your information to target our responses to your inquiries and for possible follow-ups. We do not sell your data to third parties.

When you sign up for email communications, we use your information to send targeted emails to your preferred email address.
When you register for events, we use your information to process your order, create your roster listing (if requested), answer questions you may have, and provide you with e-mails about the conference.
Will OMTI share my information with third parties?
OMTI does not share your personal information with third parties, except as needed to process your registration and payments where applicable, or as required to do so by law, regulation, or litigation.
How do I request to be removed from your e-mail lists?
If you do not want to receive our e-mails, you can instantly unsubscribe in RB9. If you do not have access to your RB9 account, you may submit your request via e-mail, phone, fax, or regular mail. What steps does OMTI take to secure information on the website?
The omti.com website does not record your credit card and billing information. Instead, when you enter your credit card billing information in RB9, it is stored in our in-house database, protected by 256w-bit encryption. We do not share the information with anyone. We use a third-party vendor to process credit card payments but the card information is stored in our database and only calls the third party’s API. We do not exchange the credit card information with them.
