After customizing the Tracking module to fit into your workflow, you can track transcripts, exhibits, video, so you always know their current status.
Click to select other tracking status. See Lookup panel.
Enter a job number to see only tracking items connected to a single job.
Enter part of a tracking item’s label.
Job Date – Default. Date the job, e.g., deposition, occurred.
Item Due Date – Set in each item’s Edit Tracking window. See Updating tracking.
Step Due Date – Set in Setup > Tracking Steps.
Works with Date Type. To set a date range, enter dates in the fields or click to select dates in the Date Navigator.

Default is ALL. Click to choose other tracking item categories. Tracking item categories are set in Lists > Tracking.
Profit centers or parts of your business you track separately. Default is ALL. Click to restrict search to jobs tied to specific BUs (see Lookup panel). BUs are set in Business Units.
