Managing users

You can add, edit, and delete users.

  1. Access users

    1. Setup > Users and Groups
    2. In the Users and Groups window, all active users are listed in the Users pane’s grid. To see all users, click Show Inactive Users.
    3. To view a user’s information, click their hyperlinked Full Name.
  2. Add new user

    To add new users, see Creating user accounts.

  3. Update user

  4. Delete user

    To delete a user:

    1. Click their hyperlinked name in the Users pane.
    2. In the View User window, click Delete.
    3. Click Yes in the popup.
