Groups

Groups grant permission to users for which actions they can perform in RB9 and what kinds of notifications and messages they receive.

NOTE: 2 types of groups in RB9

Administrators assign users to one or more groups, depending on what access and notices each user needs.

• Message

  Members can send a message to all other members in a group simultaneously.

• Security

  Permissions for actions come from which security group(s) you belong to. A user must be a member of at least one security group, but can be a member of multiple security groups. The permissions and rights granted to a security group are assigned to all of its members.
