Message groups

Message groups are custom groups you set up in RB9 so that you can send a message to all the members of a group simultaneously. Other members can also send messages to the group.

TIP: Send group messages to save time

In RB9’s Notifications and Messages window, you can send messages to individual users and/or message groups. (See Communicating within RB.) Set up message groups, such as “Managers,” “Everyone,” and “Calendar,” so that you or other members can send a message to the whole group at once. See Managing groups.
