Options and content for emails, text messages, and iCalendar attachments that notify resources of assignments. Emails can automatically include file attachments from the relevant Firm-, Job-, Task-, and Case-level repositories, as well as the All-Resources repository.

Select RB9 file types to be included from the drop-down. File types are set up in Lists > Repository.
If you do not want to include files from these repositories on an email notifying a resource about an assignment, you can delete files before sending the email in the Mail Composer. See Emailing from RB.
If you have RB Connect, set up your Assignment Notification email message so your resources can acknowledge jobs with one click. Insert the > Task > AcknowledgementURL data field into the body of the email (see Customizing email messages, web pages & stamps) or the embedded worksheet form (see Editing form templates: Data Fields options).
When resources click the link in the email, it connects to your RB9 Calendar through your RB Connect to automatically set the task’s Acknowledged Date to the current date.
