Viewing job calendar week by week
RB9 only
Use Weekly View to see a week’s worth of jobs at a time with brief descriptors of the jobs. Each day’s header includes the date, day of the week, and the total number of jobs scheduled and canceled for that day. Listings are color coded based on their job status. (Job status colors are set in System Preferences > Calendar > Job Status Color.)
- Weekly View defaults to all jobs for the current week. Use search criteria to restrict the view/find jobs. See Searching jobs.
- Roll over a job listing to pop up additional job information.
- Click on the job listing to open the job detail window (see Updating jobs).
- To view more information in Weekly View:
- Page back and forth through weeks by clicking
or
at the top of the calendar. Return to the current week by clicking Today.
- Jump to a particular week by clicking
and selecting a new date in the Date Navigator.
- If the whole week is not visible, use the scroll bars to view hidden sections.
NOTE: Weekly View customization
Each job listing shows its start time and job number and a third description of your choice. You can also set the height of the weekday boxes in job listing rows (from 5 to 15 rows). Both preferences are set in System Preferences > Calendar > Jobs (Weekly View).
TIP:
Use Weekly View to quickly see your current week’s job settings without having to set search criteria.
