Viewing job calendar as a list

Use List View to see your job calendar in a grid. Listings are color coded based on their job status. (Job status colors are set in System Preferences > Calendar > Job Status Color.)

List View advantages:

• Displays more information about the jobs at the top level without clicking into each job’s details.
• Gives you the most search options.
• Grid layout is customizable, including the ability to group results by column. See Customizing grids and Grouping results.

1. Use search criteria to find jobs. See Searching jobs.
2. Click on any hyperlinked job number to open the job detail window (see Updating jobs).

TIP: Find jobs by job number

If you want to search your calendar by job number, job date or witness, use List View.
