Enter details about the witness, deposition, and transcript during Turn In.

In the General pane of the New Witness/Edit Witness panel:
Required. If there is no name or it is incorrect, enter the correct name in the field.
This address is used in Letters to Witness to send transcripts to witnesses via email for them to proof and sign. See Sending letters to witnesses. (RB9 only)
You can also send email directly to the witness by clicking . See Emailing from RB.
Total number of transcript pages to be billed. The number of pages produced and billed can be different; enter only the pages to be billed.
If you do not pay resources for certain types of pages, such as index or appearance pages, enter the number of these pages to subtract before calculating the resource’s pay.
Default is 1 and the total number of pages. Changing beginning page number automatically changes end page number.
If the deposition is part of an on-going case and the witness will be deposed more than once, you can keep track of the volume number and last exhibit number in these fields for future reference.

Record the times from the resource by either entering the times or clicking to select them from the drop-downs.
If the resource wrote any notes on the billing sheet, enter them here to keep a copy in RB9.
