If you will email some pay statements, but others you will mail or otherwise give to resources, you will need to generate pay statements in 2 separate batches. And resources that are not people, such as your conference rooms, probably do not need a pay statement.

If a resource does not have an email address in their RB listing, you can enter their address in the mail composer before attempting to send them email.
If you want to send multiple emails at once and are not sure if everyone has an email address, you can send the emails without going through the email composer first. Any resources without an email address will return a result of “Email address does not exist.” You can then use the mail composer for any of those resources to enter their address for this email.
RB9 will not remember this address, so you will have to enter it in their resource listing to save it for future use. See Entering general resource information and Managing notification emails.
After emailing a Resource Pay Statement, RB generates automatic entries in the resource’s Notes Log and the Email Log (RB9 only) recording the date, time, and user who sent the email.
