Email preferences
Options and content for general emails to clients, resources, locations and other users.
Continued from Customizing global preferences.
In the General – Email panel, any email addresses already entered are listed in the Email pane. To:
- View the settings for a listed email – Click the hyperlinked email address. Its current settings will appear in the View Email panel.
- Test the settings for a listed email – Click the hyperlinked email address, then click Test Email in the View Email panel. See Testing email settings.
- Delete a listed email – Click the hyperlinked email address, then click Delete in the View Email panel. In the popup that appears, click Yes.
- Update the settings for a listed email – Click the hyperlinked email address, then click Edit in the View Email panel to change any information. See Customizing email preferences.
- Add an email address – Click New. See Customizing email preferences.
NOTE: Personal email settings can be different
If you require different settings for your email than what the rest of the office is using, you can customize your RB9 emails preferences in User Preferences.
