Entering party billing information

You can enter billing information for a party, such who to bill and insurance information, when adding parties or anytime afterwards.

  1. In the Parties pane of an Edit Case/Edit Job window, click the hyperlinked Contact whose information you want to add or update.
  2. In the Edit Party panel, scroll or jump to the Billing Info pane.
  3. In the Billing Info pane:
  4. If the Bill To client requires e-billing, see Entering electronic billing information.
  5. Click Save in the Edit Case window or Save > Save & Close in the Edit Job window.
NOTE: Entering party billing information at turn-in

If you do not have billing information before a job is completed, you can enter it in Turn In when creating invoices. See Adding billing information to invoices.
