Send COD invoices to clients via email, RB Connect, or traditional methods. And when you receive a payment for a COD invoice, remove the COD flag, post the invoice, and apply the payment.

If the payment terms on the invoice do not say COD or “Cash on Delivery,” look up the firm being billed and change its payment terms to COD. See Entering additional firm information.
