Adding ordering parties

After entering witness information, the next step in Turn In is to add parties that ordered services. RB9 will automatically generate invoices for each party. If resources turn in through RB Connect, most of this information will be entered automatically in RB9.

Continued from Adding witnesses. (You cannot add parties to an invoice without adding witnesses first.)

  1. Prefill first

    Instead of entering parties and services manually, check first for previously entered choices. Prefilling saves time and reduces the chance of overlooking something by automatically adding related parties and/or service items. See Prefilling parties & services.

  2. Add parties manually

    If attending parties ordered services but were not included when you prefilled parties, add them one at a time. See Adding ordering parties manually.

  3. Designate original client

    After adding ordering parties, designate which one(s) ordered the original transcript. Click options button > Set Original. In the Set Original panel, check the box(es) of the original ordering client(s). Then click Save.
