Viewing email logs

RB9 only

RB9 automatically maintains a log of most emails sent through the system. You can view lists of emails sent and look up details about each email sent. The email logs are your paper trail of correspondence sent from RB9 and cannot be edited.

  1. Tools > Email Log
  2. In the Search By pane of the Email Log window:
  3. Click search button. RB9 displays all of the log entries that match the search criteria.
  4. To view the sent email’s details, click its hyperlinked Log No.
NOTE: Not all emails are logged by RB9

The only emails that are included in the Email Log are:

IMPORTANT: Attachments are saved along with emails

When RB9 saves emails in the Email Log, all attachment files are stored as well and add to your repository size. This could result in addition repository storage charges. In System Preferences > Tools > Email Log, select the email types you consider necessary to maintain a record of and how long you want them stored in the system.
