Options for awarding points to contacts who order jobs from your company.

Default is No. Click to select Yes if you want to award points to contacts for placing orders.
Default is Yes. Click to select No if you want to award points for all orders.
Enter the default dollar amount billed on invoices that earns a point, e.g., every $100 billed earns 1 point.
Choose how invoiced amounts will be generalized for determining reward points from the drop-down:
Common
Amounts ending in units 1–4 are rounded down, amounts ending in units 5–9 are rounded up.Round Up
Amounts ending in units 1–9 are rounded up.Round Down
Amounts ending in units 1–9 are rounded down.Enter the multiplier RB9 will use to convert points to dollars. Does not have to be whole dollar amounts and can be less than one dollar. Use decimals, up to 2 placements (hundredths), if needed.
Contacts don’t earn points until you set up points in their RB9 listing. You designate who receives points for a contact’s bookings with your company. See Managing contacts’ award points.
