View a snapshot of a firm or contact’s point activity. Adjust, transfer, and redeem points. If a contact is no longer participating in your points program, you can move their points history to another contact.
Enter part of a contact’s name to restrict search to one contact.
Click to select a firm in the Lookup Firm popup. See Looking up firms.
Default is Yes. Click to select No to view all contacts that meet the other search requirements.
To correct an error in the amount of points earned by the contact or add bonus points:
In the Adjust Points window, enter a positive amount in the *Points field to increase the contact’s total points earned or a negative amount to decrease the total.
If desired, enter an explanation in the Remarks field for the adjustment.
To move earned points from the contact to another contact in the same firm:
In the Transfer Points window, enter the number of earned points in the *Points field you are moving from this contact.
In the *Transfer To drop-down, select the contact who will receive the points.
To document the contact’s use of points:
In the Redeem Points window, select how the contact used the points in the Redemption Method drop-down. (Methods are set in Lists > Others.)
Enter the number of earned points in the *Points field the contact is redeeming.
If desired, enter an explanation in the Remarks field about the redemption.
To move the contact’s entire points status to another contact:
In the Move Points History window, the contact’s point history totals are displayed. In the Move Points History To pane, the contact’s firm is the default in Firm. If moving the history to a contact at a different firm, click > Lookup Firm. See Looking up firms.
Select the contact you are moving the points history to in the *Contact drop-down.
To open Reward Points History for the contact. See Viewing point history.
To export and save the Reward Points Summary results, click and select an export file type. See Exporting & printing results.
