You can use RB9 anywhere you have internet access through a browser. All you need is your company’s RB9 URL, your user email and password.
On the RB9 login web page, enter the login name and password assigned to you in the Login Name and Password fields.
If you don’t have a password or forgot your password, you can set it yourself. See Setting your password at log-in.
Click Login. If the screen changes to Request Verification Code, see Verifying your device. Otherwise, the main RB9 web page appears.
When you log in for the first time, the User Preferences window will open automatically, and you will be prompted to enter default information. See Setting personal preferences.
You might not be able to change your assigned user login name (based on your company’s RB9 setup), but you can change your password at any time.
