Two-factor authentication (2FA) is a way to more securely confirm a user’s identity by adding a second factor to signing in with a user name and password. In RB9, 2FA uses a verification code that is sent to the user’s email address or mobile device, which the user then enters into RB9 during sign-in to confirm their identity.
