MR Connect: the new MR Web

MR Connect — the new MR Web — includes all the modules currently in MR Web plus more. And like MR9 it has been re-thought from the ground up, so there have been some notable changes highlighted here. 

MR9 includes a Connect module for managing MR Connect users and content including giving clients access, handling online orders, and publishing COD invoices online.

Log in using social media

Users can sign into MR Connect through their Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, or Microsoft accounts. This means one less password they have to remember — as long as the email address they use for their social media account is the same address in their MR9 Contact listing.

Welcome to your dashboard

Upon sign-in users can see current information at a glance — like their latest orders and recent records retrieved — and access top functions directly from their dashboard. Users can rearrange their dashboard and save their personalized layout.

Pay invoices — including COD — online

Clients can pay invoices online that include all finance charges and late fees. Attorneys of Record and other attending attorneys who are not your regular clients can pay for records online in your MR Connect. After payment users can download the files immediately. You won’t have to deal with deadbeat COD clients anymore.

MR9 automatically notifies you about payments and generates the credit card transaction in Receivables — no manual entry. Your online payment processing service handles the rest.

New personal module

MR Connect includes a Personal module where users can:

  • Set preferences for their MR Connect experience.
  • Manage their password.
  • Look up information in the interactive user guide.
  • Access the new dashboard.
  • Log out of MR Connect.

Renamed modules

Modules that work basically the same as in MR8 but are renamed in MR9:

  • Order Progress is Orders
  • Activity is Account Activity
  • Case Manager is Online Orders

Reward points included

If you use MR8’s points system for rewarding loyal clients, not only is it included in MR9 but also in MR Connect for no additional cost.

New support module

Users can submit support tickets to your company when they have an issue using MR Connect. You can communicate with them through the support ticket function and both parties will have a complete paper trail of the communications.
