Printing envelopes

RB9 only

Print addresses from your RB9 database on a variety of envelope sizes using the universal PDF file format.

Continued from Printing envelopes and labels.

1. In the Envelopes and Labels window, select Envelope in the Print To dropdown.
2. In the Size drop-down, either:
   • Leave at the system default.
   • Select a different standard envelope size in the dropdown.
   • Choose “Custom,” then enter the envelope’s dimensions in the Width and Height fields.
3. You can customize where the address prints on the envelope by changing the values in the Top (inch) and Left (inch) fields under Printing Position.
4. Choose a typeface and size for how the address will appear visually in the Font Name and Font Size dropdowns.
5. Click Print. RB9 will generate a PDF file of the envelope(s) and open it in Adobe Acrobat for printing.

NOTE: Use the Feed Direction guide for printing

The Feed Direction graphic shows you the direction to set up your envelopes in your printer for proper printing.
