RB9 only
If you encounter problems importing RB9 data into QuickBooks, check this list for possible remedies.
If you attempt to use QuickBooks Integrator without QuickBooks and/or the company file open, import time is drastically increased because all requests to the company file go through QuickBooks meaning QuickBooks must be launched in the background for each query. Importing data is over 300% slower if you do not open QuickBooks first.
Normally the remote connection closes between requests, which can slow down information importing and cause errors. If you check this option, you reuse the same connection to QuickBooks for all of the imported RB9 data during a single session, saving time between requests made in short succession.
If you do not open QuickBooks before importing data from RB9, Remote Connector launches a processor of QuickBooks (qbw32.exe) in the background. When importing is done, the processor should be closed. However, Windows doesn’t allow this. If you get this error, launch Windows Task Manager and kill the qbw32.exe.
To avoid this, before using QuickBooks Integrator, launch QuickBooks first.
