Statement preferences

Set preferences and defaults for RB9 statements.

Print Options
- Statement Format
  Select the template that matches your company’s payment options in the drop-down:
  - Classic: Classic is a standard statement with a remittance section at the bottom of the statement.
  - Classic-No Remittance: No remittance is the same as the Classic without a Remit To section at the bottom.
  - Classic – Credit Card (AMEX/MC/VISA): Adds a credit card payment section to the bottom right of the remittance section with options for American Express, MasterCard, and Visa.
  - Classic – Credit Card (MC/VISA):Adds a credit card payment section to the bottom right of the remittance section with options for MasterCard and Visa.
- Print Bill To’s phone number & fax number
  Click to select Yes to print the firm’s main phone number and fax number (if they have one) below the address in the Statement header section.
- Colors of Age
  Customize which colors are used to color code open-invoice listings on statements by invoice age. See Picking colors in RB.
