Setting RB-PDF Transcript word exclusion preferences

RB9 only

Create a list of words that are excluded from the word index and word list of transcripts created using a particular PDF Transcript profile.

Continued from Setting global RB-PDF Transcript preferences.

1. In the Edit PDF Transcript Preference window, scroll or jump to the Exclude Word pane. The list displays the currently excluded words for this profile.
2. Update defaults and make selections:
• To add a word to the list, click . In the Add Exclude Word panel, enter the word in the Exclude Word field, then click Save >
  • Save & New: To save the word and add more words.
  • Save & Close: When you have no more words to exclude.
• To delete a word from the list, check its box in the list, then click . Click Yes in the popup that appears.
3. Click Save.
