Producing original production reports

RB9 only

View all jobs (including the page count) produced for a specific period, grouped and subtotaled by resource.

  1. Set parameters

    1. Reports > Original Page Production

    2. In the Search By pane, specify the following search filters:

      • *Job Date From/*Job Date To

        Required. Enter a date range to see number of transcript pages produced in a specific time frame. Default is today.

      • Resource
        Leave blank unless you want to analyze the production for a particular resource. To see report for a single resource, see Looking up resources.
      • Business Units

        Profit centers or parts of your business you track separately. Default is ALL. Click lookup button to restrict search to jobs tied to specific BUs (see Lookup panel). BUs are set in Business Units.

  2. View results

    Click search button. RB9 summarizes all of the jobs that meet the specified search condition(s) as a report. The search criteria used to generate the report appear at the bottom of each page of the report above the timestamp.

  3. Export/print results

    Export the report to save it and/or edit it in another application, or print it. See Printing invoices, statements & reports.
BEST PRACTICES

If you pay incentives to resources that produce more than certain number of pages per month, use this report to get the totals you need.
