Providing resources with billing reports

RB9 only

Generate Resource Billings Reports to provide resources with their own reports of what work they completed has been posted and what amounts they can expect from that work. The report lists each service item and its pay amount, grouped and subtotaled by resource, one resource per page.

1. Receivables > Resource Billings Report
2. In the Search By pane, you must use the date search filters:

   • *Post Date From/*Post Date To

     Required. Date(s) invoices were posted. Default is today. Change the range if desired. See Date Navigator.

   • Resource

     To restrict search to a single resource, see Looking up resources.

   • Business Units

     Profit centers or parts of your business you track separately. Default is ALL. Click to restrict search to invoices tied to specific BUs (see Lookup panel). BUs are set in Business Units.

3. Click . RB9 lists all of the invoices that meet the specified search condition(s) as a report, one resource per page. The search criteria used to generate the report appear at the bottom of each page of the report above the timestamp.

   Export the report to save it and/or edit it in another application, or print it. See Printing invoices, statements & reports.
