Fulfilling online reward point requests
RB9 only
If you reward contacts with points for booking depos with you, grant their requests for point award redemption. You can also view point redemption history for a firm or contact.
 - Connect > Fulfill Points Redemption Orders
 
 - In the Search By pane, Redemption Status defaults to To be fulfilled. Click 
 to see all outstanding requests. Or restrict results by using other filters before clicking 
:
  
   Redemption Status
    Default is To be fulfilled. To view redemption requests that have been processed, select Fulfilled in the drop-down.

Date Type
      Fulfilled Redemption Status only
    Select an option in the drop-down:
   
     - Fulfill Date – Default. To view  requests that have been processed within the date range below.
 
     - Request Date – To view  processed requests that were submitted via RB Connect within the date range below.
 
    
    
   *Date From/*Date To
     Fulfilled Redemption Status only
     Default is today. Enter a date or date range to see  requests for a specific time period. See Date Navigator.

Firm
    Default is all firms. To see a single firm’s requests, click 
 and find the firm in the Lookup Firm panel. See Looking up firms.

Contact
     Default is all contacts. To see a single contact’s requests, enter part or all of their name in the field.
    
  
  
 - RB9 lists all of the requests that meet the specified search condition(s). To fulfill requests, check the box next to the request(s) you want to fulfill, or check the box in the header to select them all.
 
 - Click Fulfill. In the Fulfill popup, you can enter notes about the redemption in the Remarks field. 
 
 - Click OK. RB9 processes the redemption, removing the request from the results pane, and moving it to the contact’s Reward Points History.
