Printing letters

RB9 only

When email isn’t appropriate for correspondence, you can still have RB9 compose letters automatically with relevant RB9 information, but in an editable, print-friendly format.

1. In the Print Letter panel, your letter appears formatted according to its template and with its RB9 information inserted in a Word-like application. Review and edit the letter, if needed. See Creating/updating forms & letters.

   NOTE: Customize form letters

   Any edits you make here affect this letter only. To update the letter template or create new ones, see Creating/updating forms & letters.

2. Click File >

• Print

  To print the letter using your own printing application and printer.

• Export

  To export the letter. Select an export file type in the Select Format popup, then click Save.

3. Click Close.
