While you can use your browser’s print function to print screens from RB9, use RB9’s export function if you want to:
Use the export function to export the data to Excel or as a CSV (Comma-Separated Values) file to open in other applications instead. Some functions, such as Invoice Inquiry, include a Totals line in exported results.
Any pane or panel that has or
in lower right corner can be exported/printed/saved by clicking the icon.
Click or
>
RB9 will automatically create a file in the format selected and download it to your device.
Click or
> Export to Excel. You can clean up the results in Excel as desired, then print from there.
Each time you export, RB9 automatically creates a file with a generic name based on the function you exported from and saves it in your Downloads folder. To ensure that you can find the results later, rename the file to something more meaningful and move the file to a folder you designate for the purpose of storing these types of files.
RB9-generated reports, as opposed to search results, do not have or
in the lower right corner of the pane. See Printing invoices, statements & reports.
