In any View or Edit window, notes entered either by a user or automatically by RB9 appear in a chronological log.
You can trust these notes log because every entry is stored and listed separately, and entries cannot be edited nor deleted. Notes can only be canceled, but they remain in the log with Canceled information. (See Canceling notes.)
Notes entered in any Notes Log are for internal use only and are not published on RB Connect or in any correspondence with clients or resources.
