Entering video information

RB9 only

If a deposition was recorded, use the Media Set panel to enter information regarding the source tapes and their archival status.

Continued from Updating tracking.

1. In the Edit Tracking window, click on the Media pane.
2. In the New Media Set panel, enter the following information:

   • Media No.

     Sequential number starting with 1. This will be used to print media labels (e.g., Tape 1 of 4).

   • Media Format

     Format of the source tape

   • Start Time

     Beginning time stamp in the source tape

   • End Time

     Ending time stamp in the source tape used to calculate Running Time.

   • Running Time

     Total run time is calculated automatically.

   • File Name

     Name of the digitized file

   • Remarks

     Any special notes about the media

3. Click Save.
