RB9 only
When clients call to find out where their order is, you don’t have to leave RB9 to check the shipping status. Use the Shipping function to quickly follow up an order’s current location if sent via FedEx or UPS. You can also update information about the shipping or its related job, case, and contacts.
To see where a FedEx or UPS shipment is at any time, click Tracking No.’s in the View Shipment window.
RB9 automatically opens the related shipping company’s webpage in your browser showing the current status of your shipment.
In the View Shipment window, click Edit. You can update some information and selections. See Shipping to clients.
