RB9 only
When clients call to find out where their order is, you don’t have to leave RB9 to check the shipping status. Initiate shipping within RB9, including printing FedEx and UPS labels. Then keep track of when and via what method you send jobs out, update job status, and even follow up an order’s current location if sent via FedEx or UPS.
You do not have to leave Turn In to initiate shipping for a turned-in job. Instead, click Shipping at the top of the job’s Turn In window, and the main Shipping window will open with the job’s Job No. already filled in and all invoiced clients listed.
Job number associated with the service item(s) you are sending.
Invoice number associated with the service item(s) you are sending.
Date or date range of previous shipments. Enter dates in these fields or click to select dates in the Date Navigator.
Default is ALL. See Lookup Panel.
Profit centers or parts of your business you track separately. Default is ALL. Click to restrict search to invoices tied to specific BUs (see Lookup panel). BUs are set in Business Units.
