Contacts preferences

Set up RB9 to automatically populate the Full Name field in Contact listings.

Continued from Customizing global preferences.

Autofill

• Full Name

  1. Click and select the name data field (first name, middle name, last name, or salutation) you want to automatically appear in the first position in contacts’ Full Name fields.
  2. Repeat step 1 to add other name data fields in the order you want them to appear in contacts’ Full Name fields. RB9 automatically adds a space between the name data fields.
  3. You can also click your cursor in the text field between name data fields where you want to insert another name data field, then click and select the data field.
